Brendalou Melchiorre, Co-Founder of GLUE (Gratitude, Love, Unity, Empowerment), understands addiction's impact intimately, being the sibling of a recovering addict. Witnessing her brother's silent battles after their mother's loss, they now stand as GLUE co-founders. With a Master's in Education, Brendalou leads GLUE Tampa Bay with a culturally sensitive approach. The nonprofit, rooted in her personal narrative, counters youth barriers, providing drug education, coping skills, and positive experiences.
